WRAPPING UP FY2025
As we come to the end of yet another financial year, it’s worth acknowledging that it hasn’t been easy. Each
business within the group has faced its own set of challenges. In an economy that continues to show limited
growth, we have remained resilient and, as a group, delivered a strong performance.
We’ve had to contend with tough competition, ongoing price pressure from customers, and challenging trading
conditions. Despite this, the team has remained focused, flexible, and committed, each division demonstrating
a powerful “refuse to lose" attitude. Once again, we’ve proven that excellence isn’t a once-off event. It’s who
we are.
As we enter the new financial year, we continue to navigate a complex landscape shaped by global
uncertainties and shifting market dynamics, including the growing impact of digitalisation.
Armed with new budgets, a high-performance culture, and strong OKRs, we are well positioned to tackle the
challenges and seize the opportunities that lie ahead.
Thank you to every individual across the group who showed up, pushed harder, and contributed to our shared
goals.
