Recognition of Outstanding Customer Service

It is not every day that a customer takes the time to formally write a letter of appreciation for service

received, and it is even less common for such recognition to be directed to the CEO in writing.

We were therefore especially pleased to receive a letter of thanks and recognition addressed to our CEO,

highlighting the outstanding customer service and the high-performance culture consistently displayed
