Profile: Jerome Munsami, Account Executive at
OneLogix Intermodal
Jerome is part of the OneLogix Intermodal team, bringing with him
8 years of experience in logistics operations. His background is
rooted in hands-on exposure to the industry, which has played a
key role in shaping his practical understanding of operational
requirements and customer needs.
He joined OneLogix Intermodal at its inception in August 2022 as a
Junior Account Executive. As the business has grown, Jerome has
developed alongside it, taking on greater responsibility in building
and scaling client accounts. His current focus remains on managing high-volume accounts and
maintaining strong, established client relationships.
Working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, Jerome values the collaborative nature of the
team. He highlights the importance of shared knowledge, support, strong leadership, and a solutions-
driven culture in navigating daily operational challenges. In his own words, “I thrive on the energy of our
"can-do" culture and the satisfaction of knowing we can tackle any hurdle together.”
Outside of work, Jerome is a family man who maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys his sport,
particularly Formula 1, football, and road running. He has been running for close to two years and
completed the Bluff Marathon in late 2024. One of his goals is to qualify for and complete the “ultimate
human race” – the Comrades Marathon. He says running has taught him the importance of consistency
and discipline in achieving his goals.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give
up.” - Galatians 6:9
Jerome says he believes in putting God first in everything he does.
“Life is naturally filled with ups and downs, but no matter how many times you might fall or fail, the
ability to pick yourself up and keep going will always be the true measure of success.” He also adds,
“Success is not owned, it’s leased, and the rent is due every day.”
